A four-part class to help caregivers improve self-regulation in challenging moments

While co-regulation is widely recognized as a foundational, affirming approach to supporting children’s development, caregivers often face their own “big feelings” and stressors. What then?
This four-part class, facilitated by Mindfulness teacher, Amanda Christy, will explore how adopting key mindfulness habits such as responding with curiosity, non-judgment, and present-moment attention—can help you strengthen your own regulation skills, maintain emotional balance, and find a calm presence even in difficult moments.
Dates & Times
October 13th, 20th, 27th, and November 3rd
